OUR CLINIC POLICIES

An Outstanding Experience

At our Beauty Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their experience. By booking an appointment with us you agree to our clinic policies below. 

Please come alone to your appointment. Unfortunately our space is unsuitable for children or any other plus ones (friends, family etc).

We ask you to arrive 10 minutes early if you are a new client to fill out new client forms. 

Lateness: We can accomodate for a certain degree of lateness, however, we do kindly ask that clients please arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment and allow time to find parking. If you are more than 10 minutes late to an appointment, then the appointment may have to be cut short to accomodate for our next clients, or cancelled with a "no show fee" applied. 

Cancellation Policy: we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% cancellation fee. 

No Show Policy: appointments that are cancelled with less than 1 hours notice or failure to attend your appointment without cancelling will result in a "no show fee", which is full amount of the appointment.


Why do we charge for cancellations & no shows? We are a service based industry that works off booked appointments, with each appointment time blocked off for each client. When a client doesn't show up, or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, it makes it incredibly difficult to then fill that space with another client!
